       Unity of Monroe online!
People who come to Unity often express these thoughts…
"I am yearning for connection."
"I want to find my inner voice."
"How do I link the spiritual path to everyday life?"
"I am in a new stage of my life."
“I’m not religious, but I am spiritual.”
“I want to believe in something greater than myself that makes sense with the reality of science.”

Unity of Monroe is the ideal place to explore these feelings more deeply.
We are very glad you decided to check us out!  There’s no question we’re living in a time of great spiritual awakening. Whether inspired by guests on the Oprah Winfrey Show or through movies like “The Secret” or by best-selling authors such as Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, or Marianne Williamson, more and more people are beginning to realize that spirituality is the “missing piece” in their lives. Yet, many are not finding the kind of spiritual community and teachings they are looking for in traditional churches. Unity is different! And so is Unity of Monroe.
Unity makes sense. Unity is a positive, practical, progressive spiritual teaching that embraces all faiths and recognizes the intrinsic worth of every human being.  Unity of Monroe is a warm and friendly place where you can connect with people of like mind and heart while you grow spiritually and create an abundant and fulfilling life.  Come join us on Sundays for the transformative message of Unity!

New Wednesday Evening Class Series
Grateful
The Subversive Practice of Giving Thanks

Begins October 7 @ 7PM

Picture
When you think of the Fall season your mind goes to those waning days of the year as we approach the days of Thanksgiving. In this class called Grateful we untangle the idea that, If gratitude is good, why is it so hard to do?
We will also look into conflicting     understandings of gratitude and set the table for a renewed practice of giving thanks. Gratitude embodies the wisdom of humanity's greatest spiritual teachers. It takes us from abstract belief to living compassion in the world.
